• Camp Director – Citrus College Basketball Camps – including marketing, gym scheduling, teaching, oversight of all coaches, quality control, and budgeting. Over 350 + youth annually.
• Implemented year round strength and conditioning program
• Develop and distribute of “Citrus Circle email” - fundraising group responsible for raising $8,000 annually for program expenses. Secured multiple corporate level sponsorship deals.
• Organize yearly pre-season team building get away trip
• Tournament Director - Citrus Thanksgiving Basketball Tournament
• Oversees study hall and grade monitoring program – resulted in 2nd highest GPA among 20 athletic teams at Citrus College .
